C/C++ Developer (RARR Job 5622)

We are seeking an experienced C/C++ Developer with strong expertise in developing enterprise-grade applications on AIX platform, along with hands-on experience in Switch development/integration. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in system-level programming, performance optimization, and working in mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C/C++ on AIX platform.

• Work on Switch-related development/integration, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality applications.

• Optimize code for high performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for system-level issues.

• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security practices, and enterprise guidelines.

• Participate in system architecture discussions and provide technical leadership when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8 to 12 years of experience in C, C++ programming.

• Strong expertise in AIX (IBM UNIX) platform.

• Hands-on experience with Switch development/integration.

• Good understanding of system-level programming, IPC, multi-threading, and performance tuning.

• Experience in enterprise application development with high availability and reliability.

• Proficiency in debugging tools, memory management, and optimization techniques.

• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and in a team.
