Job Description
- This is a typical business analyst role with good knowledge on technical SharePoint work.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including business leaders customers and development teams
- Define and communicate the product vision strategy and roadmap to development teams
- Conduct detailed business analysis to identify and understand the business needs of stakeholders
- Develop and document business requirements personas use cases user journey mappings wireframes or other needed documentation to facilitate discussions and document the product
- Maintain a Product Backlog that is refined prioritized and ready for development team consumption
- Ensure the Acceptance Criteria is defined for each story
- Work closely with development teams to assist in the design of solutions that deliver value to the end user and to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the product
- Drive successful product development throughout an Agile Lifecycle for both maintenance enhancements and largescale work efforts working with both employees and vendors for delivery
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive the implementation of solutions
- Gather and incorporate feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve the product
- Track and report on project progress helping to identify and mitigate risks as needed
- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiencies
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and remain flexible in a dynamic environment
- Apply industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions that address unique risks and challenges
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Utilize Agile frameworks and methodologies to manage and deliver projects
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team
- Build upon knowledge of the companys business environment and how assigned business andor service units contribute to the companys strategic objectives
