Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Agile methodology and proven experience in the Pension and Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and successful delivery of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements in the pension and insurance domain.
  • Act as a Product Owner proxy in Agile squads, refining and prioritizing the backlog.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure seamless delivery of business solutions.
  • Analyze complex business processes and recommend automation, digitalization, and efficiency improvements.
  • Work on policy administration systems, pension fund management, claims, annuity products, and insurance operations.
  • Ensure solutions are compliant with regulatory and compliance standards (insurance & pension regulations).
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test scenarios, validating outputs, and obtaining stakeholder sign-off.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends in Pension, Life & Annuity, and Insurance to align with business objectives.
