  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT teams
  • Domain Expertise
  • Apply strong knowledge of PC insurance products underwriting claims policy administration and regulatory compliance
  • Evaluate upstream and downstream impacts of system changes on insurance operations 5
  • Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within insurance workflows
  • Recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency and customer experience 5
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a liaison between business units IT teams and external vendors
  • Facilitate workshops meetings and presentations to ensure alignment across teams
  • Documentation  Testing
  • Prepare business process models use cases and user stories
  • Support QA teams in developing test plans and validating system functionality
  • Project Support
  • Assist in project planning tracking and reporting

Primary Skills:

  • 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain preferably in PC 2
  • Familiarity with policy administration systems claims platforms and insurance data models
  • Experience working in AgileScrum environments
  • Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA Confluence Visio and MS Office

Secondary Skills:

  • Knowledge of Azure Dashboard
  • Excellent communication skill
