Job Description
- Requirements Gathering Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit analyze and document business requirements for PC insurance applications
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT teams
- Domain Expertise
- Apply strong knowledge of PC insurance products underwriting claims policy administration and regulatory compliance
- Evaluate upstream and downstream impacts of system changes on insurance operations 5
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within insurance workflows
- Recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency and customer experience 5
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between business units IT teams and external vendors
- Facilitate workshops meetings and presentations to ensure alignment across teams
- Documentation Testing
- Prepare business process models use cases and user stories
- Support QA teams in developing test plans and validating system functionality
- Project Support
- Assist in project planning tracking and reporting
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to scope
Primary Skills:
- 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain preferably in PC 2
- Familiarity with policy administration systems claims platforms and insurance data models
- Experience working in AgileScrum environments
- Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA Confluence Visio and MS Office
Secondary Skills:
- Knowledge of Azure Dashboard
- Excellent communication skill
