Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of BRD (Business Requirement Document):
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and requirements.
    • Develop and maintain BRDs.
    • Conduct research and data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
  1. Preparation of FRD (Functional Requirement Document):
    • Define clear project scope and objectives.
    • Prepare FRD as the basis for design and development.
    • Recommend improvements to business processes, systems, and products.
    • Coordinate with developers to ensure business requirements are met.
  1. Process Documentation (“As-Is” and “To-Be”):
    • Analyze and document current and future process states.
    • Identify process steps, inputs/outputs, and responsible roles.
    • Use standard notations/symbols and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
  1. Smooth Execution of UAT (User Acceptance Testing):
    • Define UAT scope in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
