Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of BRD (Business Requirement Document):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and requirements.

- Develop and maintain BRDs.

- Conduct research and data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Preparation of FRD (Functional Requirement Document):
- Define clear project scope and objectives.

- Prepare FRD as the basis for design and development.

- Recommend improvements to business processes, systems, and products.

- Coordinate with developers to ensure business requirements are met.
- Process Documentation (“As-Is” and “To-Be”):
- Analyze and document current and future process states.

- Identify process steps, inputs/outputs, and responsible roles.

- Use standard notations/symbols and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Smooth Execution of UAT (User Acceptance Testing):
- Define UAT scope in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
Support stakeholders during UAT sessions and incorporate feedback
