Job Skills

Should have good understanding of OneInc Billing and Payment system
Analyze customer requirements and perform testing to meet those requirements
Create and maintain test documentation
Develop and maintain test plans to ensure the product meets customer requirements
Provide technical support to internal and external customers on the product
Analyze customer feedback and test product enhancements and new features
Proactively identify and recommend product improvements to ensure customer success
Participate in product strategy discussions and represent the product in customer meetings
Work closely with the development team to ensure product designs and implementations are accurate and complete
Understanding of the software development lifecycle
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Knowledge of SQL and other programming languages
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
