Azure Solution Architect – GenAI / Agentic AI (RARR Job 5709)

We are seeking a highly experienced Azure Solution Architect with deep expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), AI Agents (Agentic AI), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Azure Cloud and AI/ML technologies, with a proven record of designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI architectures, guiding technical teams, and ensuring successful deployment in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Experience Required

• 12+ years of total experience in IT and software development.

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Azure Cloud and AI/ML technologies.

• 2+ years of experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and LLM-based solutions.

• Proven experience in solution architecture, design, and deployment for AI-driven systems.

• Strong ability to mentor and guide developers, assist with debugging, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of complex solutions.

Technical Skills & Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Azure-based solutions for GenAI and Agentic AI applications.

• Design and deploy AI Agents using LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.

• Build and optimize RAG pipelines leveraging Azure OpenAI Services, Vector Embeddings, and Azure AI Search.

• Architect data storage and retrieval layers using Azure Cosmos DB and Azure Blob Storage.

• Develop Python-based AI/ML modules and ensure seamless integration within Azure environments.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create Proofs of Concept (POCs) based on strategic business discussions and CXO-level inputs.

• Work cross-functionally to translate architecture into scalable, secure, and production-ready AI systems.

• Implement Azure security best practices including Azure Key Vault, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and secure configuration management.

• Provide technical leadership, design governance, and hands-on support throughout the solution lifecycle.
