Azure Data fabric Developer (RARR Job 5408)

We are seeking a skilled professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric and related Azure services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing Lakehouse and Warehouse solutions, designing ingestion pipelines, and optimizing Fabric capacity utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and articulate the differences between Microsoft Fabric and other Azure native services.

• Compare and differentiate Fabric vs Power BI and Fabric vs Synapse in terms of features, use cases, and integration capabilities.

• Understand and apply Medallion Architecture principles for scalable data solutions.

• Design and implement Lakehouse and Warehouse solutions with data ingestion using Dataflows and Pipelines.

• Monitor, manage, and optimize Fabric capacity and utilization to ensure performance and cost efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services.

• Strong understanding of data architecture patterns including Medallion architecture.

• Hands-on experience in data ingestion and ETL processes using Dataflows/Pipelines.

• Knowledge of data warehousing, lakehouse design, and performance tuning.

• Ability to monitor and manage Azure resource capacity.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Power BI, Synapse Analytics, and other Azure data platforms.

• Understanding of cost optimization in Azure environments.
