Automation Tester (Typescript) (RARR Job 5931)

We are looking for a Software Engineer with a strong testing mindset to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions. This role focuses on ensuring software quality through robust test automation, with an emphasis on front-end testing. Candidates with strong software engineering fundamentals who are interested in transitioning into test-focused or front-end testing work are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites

• Write reliable, maintainable, and scalable automated tests for front-end applications

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases

• Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and work with engineering teams to resolve issues

• Contribute to improving overall test strategy, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages:

  • TypeScript / JavaScript (preferred for test automation)

  • Java, Go, or Python (candidates should be open to transitioning into front-end or test automation work)

• Experience building automated tests or test frameworks

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
