Job Description
As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping customer experiences across our platforms, particularly within our Fraud and Scam Management Platform. You will lead discovery and design initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions are both desirable and technically feasible.
In addition, you will lead end-to-end delivery of EPM engagements, manage senior client relationships, and drive growth through account mining, governance, and thought leadership. This role requires a strong blend of techno-functional expertise and stakeholder management capabilities to deliver high-quality solutions while mentoring teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery and research to uncover customer problems and inform product strategy

Translate insights into user flows, prototypes, and detailed specifications

Design wireframes and documentation aligned with the design system

Apply systems thinking and design thinking across digital and physical service environments

Champion inclusive, accessible, and customer-centric design principles

Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development using data and design thinking

Facilitate design critiques and participate in agile ceremonies
-
Evolve and scale the design system to ensure consistency and reusability
-
Measure post-launch impact and iterate based on insights and performance data

Work closely with technical delivery squads to ensure seamless implementation
Experience & Skills
Essential

Proven experience designing digital products end-to-end within cross-functional teams

Expertise in one or more BFS domains, including:

Cards (AS2805, ISO8583, 3DS, Tokenisation, etc.)

Payments (NPP, MPS, Digital Banking)

Pega case management and design

Strong SQL and data analysis skills

Experience with system integration technologies (API, Kafka, MQ, TCP/IP)
