We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer with experience in Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and Enterprise Automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and optimizing AI agents and chatbot solutions that enhance enterprise productivity and automate business processes. The role requires expertise in Python, AI technologies, enterprise integrations, MCP, A2A communication, APIs, and ServiceNow ITSM automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance AI agents within enterprise environments aligned with business requirements and architectural standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Agents & Automations team to implement scalable AI-driven automation solutions.
• Own the complete lifecycle of AI agent development, including design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain integrations between enterprise applications using APIs, connectors, MCP, and A2A communication frameworks.
• Develop and optimize chatbot and conversational AI experiences to improve user engagement and service efficiency.
• Implement ServiceNow-based ITSM automation solutions leveraging AI capabilities.
• Monitor AI agent performance, analyze usage patterns, and continuously optimize effectiveness and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI agents, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow, ITSM workflows, and enterprise automation platforms.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and API management.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
