Role Summary

The incumbent will lead international logistics and export supply chain operations, ensuring seamless movement of products from manufacturing facilities to global customers while managing shipping, customs, freight forwarding, and export compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export logistics operations.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA partners, and port authorities.
• Handle export documentation and customs compliance.
• Manage container planning, vessel schedules, and shipment tracking.
• Optimize ocean freight and international logistics costs.
• Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and export procedures.
• Coordinate with overseas customers and export sales teams.
• Resolve shipment-related issues and ensure timely deliveries.
• Drive process improvements across export logistics functions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in international logistics/export operations.
• Strong exposure to export movement of steel, pipes, tubes, metals, or industrial products.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, DGFT processes, and export documentation.
• Experience dealing with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and ports.
• SAP/ERP exposure preferred.
