We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals, driving project success, and ensuring the effective implementation of AEP solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Implement and customize front-end solutions using React to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of AEM and React applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM and React implementations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in AEM and front-end development.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager and React.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture and React components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
