Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated AEM Guides Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM Guides. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of AEM Guides for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of AEM Guides, its integration with other AEM modules, and the overall AEM ecosystem

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for AEM Guides, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement and optimize AEM Guides features.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation and guides for AEM users.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on AEM Guides functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues, employing advanced performance optimization techniques.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest AEM and AEM Guides developments and best practices.
  • Implement custom workflow processes and advanced caching strategies to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
  • Analyze and optimize JCR queries and operations for large datasets, ensuring robust data management.

Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in Java/ J2EE (although it is already covered as part of broader AEM skillset but still good to explicitly mention)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2-3 years' experience specifically on AEM Guides.
  • Should have at least 2-3 years' experience on AEM Guides.
  • Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its various modules, including AEM Sites and Assets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and creating documentation.
  • Familiarity with web technologies and content management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AEM Sites, Assets, and other AEM modules.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
