AEM forms UI (RARR Job 5972)

Build and customize AEM Adaptive Forms using Core Components and custom components

Implement dynamic form behavior including rules, validations, conditional logic, calculations, and guided flows

Customize themes, layouts, and styling using CSS, LESS, and AEM Forms theming framework

Develop and manage reusable form fragments to ensure consistency across journeys and brands

Ensure WCAG-compliant, accessible, and cross-browser compatible form experiences

Optimize frontend performance (rendering behavior, load time, responsiveness)

Collaborate with UX, backend, and integration teams to align UI behavior with API contracts and error handling patterns

Support UAT, usability testing, accessibility audits, and production defect resolution

Contribute to frontend standards, naming conventions, and reusable form libraries
