Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Adaptive Forms as per business requirements.

Design and implement Form Data Models (FDM) and integrate forms with backend systems and services.

Ensure performance optimization of Adaptive Forms using best practices such as Lazy Loading.

Design logically structured, reusable form artifacts using Fragments to improve maintainability and scalability.
-
Analyze requirements, identify issues, and provide effective technical solutions.
-
Lead and mentor team members on technology, architecture, and implementation approaches.

Participate actively in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Required Skills & Experience (Mandatory)

Strong hands-on experience in Adaptive Forms development.

Proven experience in Form Data Model (FDM) creation and backend system integration.
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills — MUST.

Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams — MUST.
-
Solid understanding and hands-on experience across SDLC phases — MUST.
-
High level of communication proficiency, both verbal and written.
Nice to Have

Experience working in enterprise-scale digital or forms-based platforms.

Exposure to performance tuning and optimization in large form-driven applications.
