AEM Forms Backend Engineer (RARR Job 5971)

Design and develop backend capabilities for AEM Adaptive Forms, including Form Data Models (FDM), data integrations, and submission services

Implement OSGi services, Sling Models, Servlets, and reusable backend components

Develop and maintain AEM Workflows (workflow models, custom steps, ECMA scripting) for orchestration and approvals

Integrate AEM Forms with enterprise platforms (CRM, Core Banking, ERP, BPM, Case Management) via REST/SOAP APIs

Implement and support AEM Forms Document Services (PDF generation, data extraction, output services)

Enforce enterprise security and compliance (PII masking, encryption, secure transport/storage, audit logging, RBAC)

Engineer resilient processing patterns (error handling, retries, idempotency, audit trails)

Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Governance teams to align with enterprise standards

Support SIT/UAT and production releases including defect triage, RCA, and performance tuning

Create technical documentation, integration specs, and operational runbooks
