Job Description
· Guide and shape the Digital Analytics program covering Web & Mobile Analytics, Mobile Attribution, Customer Journey Analytics, and core measurement & reporting capabilities.
· Define digital analytics requirements and plan the tag management approach across full release cycles.
· Lead requirement gathering workshops and act as a key member for Digital Analytics initiatives.
· Establish scalable processes, frameworks, and governance models for analytics implementation.
· Hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and AppsFlyer (or similar Mobile Attribution tools).
· Drive deeper understanding of customer journeys, CTAs, event tracking, marketing channel rules, and system integrations.
· Manage measurement, reporting, analysis, and optimization of online journeys and marketing campaigns.
· Build and support performance reporting dashboards (experience with Tableau is an advantage).
· Surface insights from Web Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics; set up workspaces and dashboards.
· Own business requirements, functional design, configuration, testing, training, and implementation of Digital Analytics and Mobile Attribution tools using Tag Management platforms (e.g., Adobe Launch).
· Prepare BRDs and user stories; obtain sign-offs from country stakeholders.
· Conduct walkthroughs of user stories with implementation teams and align on delivery timelines.
· Ensure quality of deliverables with appropriate endorsements and approvals.
· Clearly communicate priorities, objectives, acceptance criteria, and goals to Agile delivery teams.
· Validate deployments using defined success metrics to ensure operational and business alignment.
· Drive ongoing maintenance, optimization, and issue resolution post-deployment.
