Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Administration to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the corporate offices/site offices. This role demands strong coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail in managing facilities, vendors, and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage general administrative tasks across corporate office/site locations.

Manage upkeep and maintenance of office premises, infrastructure, and utilities.

Handle vendor management including AMC, service contracts, negotiations, and payments.

Supervise housekeeping, security, pantry, courier, and travel desk operations.

Monitor office expenses, budgeting, asset tracking, and inventory control.

Ensure adherence to corporate policies, insurance, and statutory compliances.

Support in organizing internal events, meetings, and employee welfare activities.

Conduct periodic checks related to facilities’ safety and compliance audits.

Maintain budgets, cost controls, and MIS reports for administration functions.

Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for smooth execution of admin duties.

Implement and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
