Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize SAP HR solutions using ABAP programming.
- Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure solution quality and reliability.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HR applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver enhancements and ensure smooth system operations.
- Strong experience in SAP HR ABAP development.
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- HRPA
- HROM
- RICEF Objects
- Support Package (SP) Upgrade
- CLC Upgrade
- IDOCs
- SProxy
- BIB
- Job Monitoring
- Experience with BIB (Business Integration Builder).
