Required Experience & Skills
  Must Have:

1. 6–8 years of experience in Data Engineering, ML Engineering, or MLOps roles.
2. Strong hands-on expertise in Databricks with deep understanding of its internals.
3. Proficiency in PySpark (scalable jobs, execution plans, optimization techniques).
4. Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
5. Experience with MLflow for tracking and operationalizing ML models.
6. Knowledge of integrating workflows between GCP and Azure ecosystems.
7. Strong debugging, optimization, and cost-efficiency mindset.

Good to Have:
1. Experience with cross-cloud data movement patterns.
2. Familiarity with Data Science model structures and collaboration with DS teams.
3. Exposure to model monitoring and alerts in distributed/cloud environments.

Role Overview
1. The client is currently operating data workflows in GCP and is migrating Data Science workloads to Azure Databricks. Input data originates in GCP Data Science workflows will run in Azure Databricks Model outputs will be written back to GCP. 

2. The MLOps Engineer will be responsible for. Supporting model migration Building and optimizing MLOps workflows Contributing to data movement automation and self-service capabilities across cloud environments.

3. This role requires someone who deeply understands Databricks internals, PySpark, CI/CD orchestration, ML model operationalization, along with GCP and Azure knowledge.
