The primary responsibility of this role is to drive the sales of travel insuranceproducts through agency partnerships and grow the business.This role requires an understanding of travel insurance products, strongrelationship-building skills, and the ability to grow and manage an agencysales network, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain knowledgeof industry trends and policies.Key Responsibilities:
• Handle outbound/inbound calls with clients (mainly South India region).
• Communicate fluently in Kannada (mandatory), along with Hindi andbasic English.
• Maintain client records and updates in Excel and email.
• Provide accurate information, resolve basic queries, and escalate issuesif needed.
• Ensure professionalism and customer service orientation in everyinteraction.
• Multi-language proficiency (Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu) will be an addedadvantage.
