Title: Solution Designer EPC – Salesforce ESM & Communication Cloud (Telecom BSS | Fiber & Postpaid)

About the Role

We are looking for 8 to 10+yrs of  Salesforce Communications Cloud professional with strong expertise in Enterprise Sales Management (ESM) and Industries CPQ (Vlocity CPQ) to design and implement end to end quote-to-order solutions across telecom B2B/B2C journeys.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

•            ESM (Enterprise Sales Management) Design and implementation. Quoting flows, sales agreement lifecycle, Commericial hierarchy and account structures, QuoteOrder integration flowsx

•            Design and configure CPQ solutions including- Product configuration and guided selling flows, Cart setup, pricing, and validation logic, Quote lifecycle (create, modify, version, approval, submit to order).

•            Implementation - Pricing rules and discounting strategies, Promotions and eligibility rules, Attribute-based pricing and calculation matrices

•            Work closely with EPC teams on Product and Pricing Modeling.

•            Ensure seamless integration across ESM → CPQ → Order Management (XOM)

•            Support Quote-to-order conversion, Order fallouts and validation handling

 

Technical Skills

Hands-on expertise in:

•            Product configuration, bundling, pricing rules

•            Cart-based architecture (Vlocity CPQ)

 

Strong knowledge of:

•            OmniStudio (OmniScript, DataRaptor, IP, FlexCards)

•            Apex, LWC, REST APIs

 

Certifications (Preferred)

•            Salesforce Certified

o            OmniStudio consultant

o            Communications Cloud Consultant

o            Platform Developer I (Mandatory)

o            Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer
