POSITION OVERVIEW
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for collaborating with architects and business analysts to design and deliver robust, scalable Salesforce solutions that align with the client's business requirements. The role demands a strong hands-on professional who can independently lead solution design, oversee development activities, manage integrations, guide data migration efforts, and ensure adherence to coding best practices and Salesforce design patterns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform in alignment with industry best practices and business requirements.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of new Salesforce features, enhancements, and improvements.
• Provide timely support and resolution for break/fix issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with technical resources, business analysts, and stakeholders regarding project status, technical challenges, and proposed solutions.
• Perform comprehensive Salesforce administration tasks including user management, profile and role configuration, field definitions, page layout updates, reports, and dashboards.
• Support declarative configuration tasks such as workflow rules, process builder, flow automation, and automated approval processes.
• Lead and assist with data migration activities including data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and system cutover planning for Salesforce go-live events.
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities using structured project management methodologies to ensure timely and quality delivery of enterprise solutions.
• Monitor Salesforce platform usage and enforce compliance with data security, sharing rules, and governance policies.
• Interface with cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure complete and high-quality work product delivery.
• Implement and integrate third-party AppExchange applications and platforms as per business requirements.
• Research, diagnose, and resolve complex integration issues in collaboration with operations and development teams.
• Prototype and develop new Salesforce applications while staying current with emerging Salesforce technologies and platform releases.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of trust, transparency, and professional rapport.
• Actively participate in team meetings, code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document and share best practices, standard operating procedures, and technical knowledge within the team.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Mandatory:
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture
• Deep expertise in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components
• Strong proficiency in Force.com APIs, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and platform integrations
• Extensive experience with Salesforce DX, VSCode, and Git-based version control
• Expertise in declarative tools: Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes
• Solid experience with data migration tools and methodologies (Data Loader, ETL tools)
• Experience leading, mentoring, and technically guiding junior and mid-level developers
• Valid and active Salesforce Architect-level certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA)
• Strong omni Studio experience: Flex Cards, Omni Scripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors
• Public Sector Solutions (PSS) implementation experience is highly desirable
Preferred / Added Advantage:
• AppExchange product implementation and management experience
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for Salesforce deployments
• Experience working with globally distributed and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and architectural decision-making abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to independently manage and deliver in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and business domains
