Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Multicloud Developer with strong expertise in CRM solutions, particularly across Service Cloud and Loyalty Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable Salesforce applications using advanced development technologies and delivering high-quality solutions in a multi-cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Work extensively on Service Cloud and Loyalty Management modules.
Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (LWC/Aura).
Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and optimize system performance.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Strong expertise in:
Salesforce CRM
Service Cloud
Loyalty Management
Proficiency in:
Apex Programming
Visualforce
Lightning Components (LWC / Aura)
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
Experience working in multi-cloud Salesforce environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
