Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Components.
• Develop and enhance Salesforce Health Cloud functionalities including patient profiles, care plans, provider networks, referrals, and healthcare workflows.
• Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with external healthcare systems and third-party applications using APIs and interoperability standards.
• Build responsive and scalable applications using Lightning Experience and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Participate in requirement gathering, technical design discussions, and solution implementation.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support deployment activities, release management, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders for enhancements and system optimization.
• Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and data integrity best practices.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, security standards, and data privacy requirements.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements, Health Cloud features, and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing activities within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong implementation experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or healthcare domain solutions.
• Expertise in:
  • Apex Classes & Triggers
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Visualforce Pages
  • Lightning Aura Components
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Salesforce APIs & Integrations
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Experience with deployment tools such as Change Sets, SFDX, Git, Jenkins, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and governance limits.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
• Salesforce Health Cloud Accreditation or Certification.
• Experience in healthcare or life sciences industry projects.
• Knowledge of HL7/FHIR integrations is an added advantage.
• Experience with DevOps and automated deployment processes preferred.
