Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and optimizing Education Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate must be certified and bring hands-on experience in student lifecycle management, recruitment & admissions, advising, and Education Data Architecture (EDA).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Education Cloud solutions.
Configure and customize EDA, Student Journey, Admissions Connect, and other Education Cloud components.
Gather requirements, create solution designs, and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Integrate Education Cloud with third-party systems and internal applications.
Conduct end-user training, UAT support, and provide ongoing enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2+ years in Education Cloud.
Education Cloud Consultant Certification – Mandatory.
Strong knowledge of EDA, recruitment & admissions workflows, advising, and student lifecycle processes.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Flows, LWC, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
Knowledge of CRM Analytics or MuleSoft.
