Job Description – Data Analyst (Power BI, Tableau, Databricks)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, SQL, and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights, creating interactive dashboards, and supporting business decision-making through data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities

· Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.

· Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.

· Create KPIs, scorecards, and executive-level reporting solutions.

· Work with Databricks to process, analyze, and transform large-scale datasets.

· Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.

· Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance activities.

· Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business decisions.

· Automate reporting processes and improve dashboard performance.

· Present findings and recommendations to business and leadership teams.

Required Skills

· 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.

· Strong experience with Power BI dashboard development and DAX.

· Hands-on experience with Tableau reporting and visualization.

· Experience working with Databricks for data analysis and transformation.

· Advanced SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.

· Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts.

· Experience creating executive dashboards and business reports.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.

· Knowledge of Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP.

· Experience with Spark and big data environments.

· Understanding of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
