As a consultant aligned to Partner’s Consulting Services Delivery organisation, you will participate in customer-facing engagements implementing Cohere North on Partner AI Factory.
Your responsibilities will directly support the RROM-defined objectives:
● Deploying and operationalising the foundational Cohere North platform on Partner AI Factory in the customer’s environment.
● Supporting Agentic AI orchestration.
● Conducting workshops to identify implementation requirements and validate customer needs and use cases for Cohere North.
● Deploying the Cohere Platform Deployment on Partner AI Factory, leveraging the automation framework, including:
o Chat interface
o Conversational speech
o RQA
o Administrative configuration
You will be partnering with Partner consultants to ensure successful delivery, enablement, and customer readiness for Cohere North deployments.
Required Skills:
● 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting infrastructure deployment, setup and configuration through automation.
● 3+ years of experience configuring, managing, and administering Cohere North Platform.
● Experience in Large Language Models and Generative AI solutions, with a focus on AI development agents.
● Ability to collaborate with Customer SMEs to lead the requirement gathering, use case definition, prioritisation, and model identification.
● Ability to translate business specifications to documentation.
● Understanding of data-related concepts and technologies, including data models, metadata, data dictionaries, and sequences.
● Experience configuring SSO, DNS, and LDAP authentication
● Work with data science projects, workbenches, configure data connections, deploy trained models using model serving, and create data science pipelines
● Understanding of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
● Experience with data management, including data profiling, sourcing, quality, and transformation.
