Duration: 6 months with extension

Location: Remote

We are looking for an 7-10+Yrs experienced Enterprise Sales Management Solution Designer for B2B telecom environments.

This role is responsible for designing end-to-end enterprise sales solutions. Quote to Order life cycle

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Solution Design & Delivery

•            Architect Salesforce ESM, Service Cloud, and Communication Cloud solutions for Fiber & Postpaid enterprise customer journeys.

•            Design BSS workflows: Fiber feasibility $B"*(B installation $B"*(B activation, enterprise postpaid provisioning, billing issue resolution, usage visibility, account hierarchy & cost centers.

Communication Cloud (Mandatory)

•            Configure and design Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC): products, bundles, attributes, eligibility & pricing.

•            Design and Implement Telecom Order Management (TOM): order decomposition, fulfillment orchestration, policies.

•            Deep understanding of OmniStudio components: FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors.

Integration Ownership (Telecom BSS)

•            Design solutions to integrations with Billing applications, Order Management, Provisioning/Activation.

•            Handle real-time lookups (billing, invoices, usage, credit limit), async event updates, and high-volume API patterns (MuleSoft/REST/SOAP/Events).

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

•            Guide developers, admins, and OmniStudio engineers.

•            Partner with Telecom BSS, Billing, Provisioning and Enterprise Business teams.

 

Required Skills

•            7–12+ years Salesforce experience (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flows, OmniStudio).

•            Strong Telecom BSS domain knowledge—Fiber & Postpaid customer lifecycle, billing, usage, disputes, plan/add-on changes.

•            Mandatory Communication Cloud experience (EPC, OmniStudio, CPQ).

•            Strong understanding of integration patterns, performance tuning, and high-volume transaction handling.

•            Hands-on support operations experience aligned to ITIL processes.

•            Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

•            Salesforce Communication Cloud Accredited Professional

•            OmniStudio Developer

•            Platform Developer I/II
