AIOps Engineer (Nuc Job/ 84)

Hands-on scripting experience in PowerShell, Python, or Shell/Bash
Experience with monitoring tools, logs, alerts, dashboards, and operational troubleshooting
Good understanding of incident management, change validation, and production support
Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Azure
Exposure to ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM/ticketing tools
Ability to understand and work with existing scripts and basic automation frameworks
Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and workflow automation is a plus
Exposure to AKS / Kubernetes is a plus
