7+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Technical Consultant or in similar role.
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, EIBs, RaaS, Core Connectors, Calculated Fields, and Business Process Configuration.
Experience with Workday Security, including roles, domains, and business process policies.
Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., EIB, Studio, or middleware such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workday Cloud Connect).
Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and Web Services (SOAP/REST) a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
