Job Skills

3–5+ years of relevant experience in Application Support or Product Support within a production environment.
Strong understanding of Payment Gateway processes (authorization, settlement, reconciliation) and related transaction flows.
Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server) for complex query writing and debugging.
Experience with Unix/Linux scripting and administration; basic understanding of Windows Server environments.
Familiarity with observability/monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog.
Basic working knowledge of AWS.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools for incident, change, and problem management and Jira.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical teams.
Proven ability to work in a multi-functional, cross-team environment with global collaboration.
