Provide L3 support for VMware virtual infrastructure (vSphere/ESXi/vCenter) including performance, availability, and capacity management.
Lead triage, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for complex incidents across compute, storage, network, and guest OS layers; drive problem management to prevent recurrence.
Administer and operate VMware Cloud on AWS (VMC) environments, including SDDC operations, scaling, patching coordination, and integration with on-prem vSphere.
Plan and execute hybrid-cloud migrations and workload mobility using VMware HCX (network extension, bulk migration, vMotion, replication-based migration), including cutover planning and rollback.
Design, implement, and maintain cluster constructs: HA/DRS, vSAN (where applicable), resource pools, VM templates, and standard build configurations.
