Location- Noida About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior– Finance to lead the finance
function of our Noida. Senior Finance will be responsible for developing financial strategies, ensuring compliance, managing financial reporting, optimizing financial
performance, and providing leadership to the finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to drive growth and operational excellence in a service industry environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership:
•
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
•
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
•
Partner with business heads to drive sustainable business growth and profitability.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:
•
Oversee preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
•
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management, statutory bodies, and investors.
•
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis:
•
Lead the annual budgeting and financial forecasting process.
•
Analyze financial performance, identify key business drivers, and recommend corrective actions.
•
Monitor working capital, manage cash flow, and optimize financial efficiency.
Audit & Risk Management:
•
Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits in a timely and efficient manner.
•
Implement risk management strategies and strengthen internal audit practices.
Treasury & Stakeholder Management:
•
Oversee treasury management, banking relationships, and capital structure optimization.
•
Manage relationships with investors, auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Development:
•
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team.
•
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
Skills & Competencies
•
Deep expertise in financial management, taxation, auditing, budgeting, and financial planning.
•
Proficiency in financial systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems).
•
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
•
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced service industry with a strong focus on compliance and governance.
Qualification:
•
CA, CMA, or MBA Finance with 5+ Years experience
