Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conceptualisation and design of end-to-end user experiences, creating wireframes, interaction models, high-fidelity mockups, journey maps, service blueprints, process flows, and interactive prototypes based on SAP Fiori Design Guidelines
  • Drive experience consistency across multiple products by identifying dependencies, harmonising patterns, and shaping shared UX solutions and reusable components
  • Support in analysing user needs using qualitative and quantitative inputs, including user research findings, stakeholder insights, analytics, and usability data
  • Frame design problems thoughtfully and balance usability, accessibility, technical feasibility, and business requirements in complex enterprise environments
  • Advocate for the user while influencing product direction and prioritisation
  • Own UX scope, milestones, and deliverables in close collaboration with product managers, engineering teams, and the UX lead.
  • Facilitate design workshops, discovery sessions, and critiques to drive alignment and design excellence
  • Present, justify, and evolve design solutions with key stakeholders and customers, articulating design rationale with clarity and confidence
  • Build trust and strong working relationships across internal teams and customer-facing interactions
  • Participate in or lead design validation activities, including design reviews and usability testing

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including advanced component libraries, design systems, collaborative workflows, and developer handoff
  • Strong grounding in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design for complex enterprise or B2B applications
  • Proven experience working in agile, product-led development environments
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Prior customer-facing experience is a strong advantage
  • Prior experience designing for SAP products, especially applications built using SAP Fiori
  • Prior experience in working with distributed teams will be an advantage
