UX Designer (NCS/Job/ 2178)

Strong core UX Design experience required, with a background in enterprise apps with Figma tool experience

Must demonstrate a Product mindset, Thought Leadership, Self-Drive, Self-Motivation, and product ownership

Must deliver customer-centric design solutions, focusing on understanding user needs before proposing solutions

Able to articulate how they structure their thinking to find the right solution, ability to ask insightful questions

Should be able to drive design independently with minimal oversight and deliver high-quality output that reflects a good understanding of the problem space

Must have adequate exposure to design frameworks and best practices essential for an inclusive and metrics-driven design

Proficient in sharing/creating visual artifacts like journey maps/IA for alignment with the team and stakeholders

Design background education will be an added advantage
