Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Complex problem-solving
- End-to-end UX ownership
- High-quality visual and interaction design
Deep understanding of:
- User-centered design principles
- Information architecture & interaction design
- Usability and accessibility best practices
Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma or equivalent)
Experience working closely with engineering teams for design handoff
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise products
Familiarity with design systems at scale
Exposure to agile / fast-iteration product teams
Strong individual contributor (not people-manager focused)
Can work independently with minimal guidance
Comfortable pushing back and defending UX decisions
Delivers high-quality, detailed designs
Ready for contract-based, fast-paced work
