The TV Network Expert (Technical Authority Expert – TV) role is a specialist authority position in broadcast and media delivery systems, ensuring seamless operation of IPTV, OTT, and VOD platforms.

🎯 Role Overview

• Broadcast Systems: Acts as the subject matter expert for live broadcast signal flow, MPEG transport streams, and RF/satellite communication.
• Streaming Platforms: Manages IPTV, OTT, and VOD platforms, ensuring smooth content delivery across multiple streaming protocols (DASH, HLS, Smooth, HDS).
• CDN Infrastructure: Oversees IPTV & CDN infrastructure management, optimizing performance and scalability.
• Incident Management: Leads troubleshooting, RCA, and incident resolution for broadcast and streaming services.
• Multi‑Vendor Support: Provides EMS/NMS monitoring and support across diverse vendor media platforms.
