Exp : 9-12 Years

Test lead with over 8 years of experience in the Networking domain. Must have working knowledge in L2 switching. RSTP (Rapid STP), MSTP (Multiple STP) VLAN

• Experience with Cisco platform is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in platform level testing, including board bring-up and platform testing.
• Candidate should be able to take ownership of creating test plans, building the topology, and driving testing with the team.
• Should be able to work on board bring-up and troubleshoot platform level test cases.
• Experience in Python for automation is required. Self-motivated and ready to lead a small test team.
• Excellent communication skills to understand customer requirements and drive them with cross-functional teams.
• The candidate should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in handling customer escalations is a plus.
