Terraform Engineer/Developer (NCS/Job/ 2891)

• Design, develop, and maintain Terraform modules and configurations for cloud infrastructure.
• Build reusable, scalable, and secure IaC frameworks.
• Manage infrastructure provisioning across environments (dev, test, staging, prod).
• Work closely with DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to implement best practices.
• Perform code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor junior team members.
• Integrate Terraform with CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure high availability and performance.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure design and workflows.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform (mandatory).
• Deep experience with AWS.
• Strong understanding of:
  • VPC, networking, subnets, routing, security groups
  • IAM, roles, and policies
  • Load balancers, auto-scaling, compute services
  • Experienced with services like - S3/ECS/RDS/Cloudwatch/Cloudfront/ALB/API GW/ACM
• Experience with modular Terraform design, workspaces, state management, remote backends.
• Solid experience with Git-based workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)

Good to Have / Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm
• Exposure to Ansible, Packer
• Knowledge of security best practices & compliance
• Experience in multi-account / multi-subscription environments
• Prior experience in startup or high-growth environments
