Technical Project Manager  

Drive the capabilities of O365 Mandatory Enhancements 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead day-to-day project activities, including but not limited to: 
• Strong stakeholder management across EUS and Business teams 
• Manage rollouts 
• scheduling and documenting calls 
• Document and track project activities (ex: action/issues list, risks & dependencies) 
• Proactive follow-up on open actions 
• Organize status tracking and updates, bringing any escalation items to the attention of Client Project/Program Managers 
• Navigate the project through the client's project methodology deliverables 
• Prepare client Project methodology deliverable documents (with guidance from client PM) 
• Other project tasks assigned by the client team 
• Coordinate engineering, security, support, and comms.  
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams; report status 

Key Capabilities: 

• Project planning, RAID management, dependency tracking 
• Managing pilots, phased rollouts, and enterprise communications 
• Change management and adoption planning 
• Executive reporting and governance forums
