Technical Project manager (NCS/Job/ 3001)

• Own end-to-end delivery of technology-driven projects, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and risks are managed effectively
• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Work hands-on with engineering teams (Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps) to drive execution and remove technical blockers
• Translate business requirements into technical scope, user stories, sprint goals, and delivery plans
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions
• Track and manage sprint progress, dependencies, risks, and delivery metrics (velocity, burn-down, capacity)
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and align stakeholders on technical and delivery status
• Ensure Agile best practices are followed while maintaining delivery discipline
• Support release planning, deployment coordination, and post-release retrospectives
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering delivery and Agile processes

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of web application architectures, APIs, and modern frontend/backend stacks
• Proven hands-on experience working closely with engineering teams
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools

Nice to Have

• Prior hands-on technical background (Developer / Tech Lead)
• Experience delivering Angular / React / Node / .NET–based applications
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) and CI/CD pipelines
