Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as a technical lead for nCino-based implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
· Design and develop scalable solutions on the nCino platform aligned with business, compliance, and architectural standards.
· Lead development across key nCino modules including:
o Underwriting and Credit Approval
o DocPrep, Booking & Funding, and Closures
o Commercial Lending workflows
· Configure nCino UI components including UI Groups, Routes & Screens
· Configure product catalog, product packages, entity involvement, exposure, collateral management and covenants
· Provide hands-on development using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
· Drive technical design decisions, code reviews, and best practices.
· Own and troubleshoot complex production issues, performing root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
· Lead and support integrations with upstream and downstream systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
· Perform production issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution.
· Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, demos, and retrospectives.
· Ensure deliverables meet security, performance, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Strong hands-on experience with the nCino Platform.
· Deep expertise in Salesforce development, including:
o Apex
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Visualforce
o SOQL/SOSL
· Strong understanding of nCino data model, configurations, and lending lifecycle.
· Solid experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, authentication patterns).
· Strong domain knowledge in banking and lending processes.
· Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
· Demonstrated ability to take end-to-end ownership of technical deliverables.

· Salesforce Platform Developer Certification
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
· Exposure to Playwright or test automation frameworks
· Experience working on compliance or regulatory-driven initiatives
