Tech Lead Full Stack (NCS/Job/ 2450)

Must Have: 

• Role Overview: Provide technical leadership in building modern web applications, combining strong backend expertise in .NET Core with frontend proficiency inReact.js..

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement fullstack solutions with .NET Core APIs and React-based UIs

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and DevOps to deliver features on time

  • Ensure application scalability, performance, and security

  • Drive adoption of modern engineering practices (CI/CD, cloud deployment, microservices)

• Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, RESTful APIs

  • Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

  • Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
