Tech lead(C++, QT Framework) (NCS/Job/ 1857)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with deep expertise in C++ and the Qt Framework to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-performance software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, architecting solutions, and ensuring best practices in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• 🔧 Technical Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of C++/Qt developers.

  • Drive architectural decisions and ensure scalable, maintainable codebases.

  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.

• 🛠️ Software Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications using C++ and Qt.

  • Optimize application performance and memory usage.

  • • Integrate third-party libraries and APIs as needed.

  • 📐 Architecture & Design

    • Define software architecture and design patterns suitable for complex applications.

    • Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • ✅ Strong proficiency in C++ (11/14/17) and Qt (Widgets, QML, Qt Quick).

    • ✅ Experience with multithreading, memory management, and performance optimization.

    • ✅ Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
