Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Handle full recruitment lifecycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding support.
  • Work on IT roles and Non-IT roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and vendor partners.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Screening & Coordination

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
  • Follow up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure quick turnaround times.

Offer & Onboarding

  • Manage salary discussions, offer negotiation, and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth candidate joining and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and trackers.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower planning and role expectations.
  • Provide regular hiring status reports and closure metrics.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of IT and Non-IT hiring concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn sourcing, and Boolean search.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics is an advantage
