Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Handle full recruitment lifecycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding support.
- Work on IT roles and Non-IT roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and vendor partners.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Screening & Coordination
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure quick turnaround times.
Offer & Onboarding
- Manage salary discussions, offer negotiation, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth candidate joining and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and trackers.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower planning and role expectations.
- Provide regular hiring status reports and closure metrics.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of IT and Non-IT hiring concepts.
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn sourcing, and Boolean search.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics is an advantage
