Lakeside Certified SysTrack Administrator

–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2 years of hands-on SysTrack platform experience (implementation, administration, and operations).

·         Strong understanding of EUC environments, desktop virtualization (AVD, Citrix, VMware), SCCM, AD, and network dependencies.

·         Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira), compliance audits, and software asset management processes.

·         Experience with PowerShell scripting, basic SQL, and report/dashboard creation is a plus.

·         Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to train and support non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications:

• Lakeside Certified SysTrack Administrator (if available)
• ITIL v4 Foundation
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals / Virtual Desktop

Any relevant EUC/endpoint management certifications
