  - Deep expertise in IT monitoring tools (ManageEngine, SolarWinds)
  - Strong knowledge of server, network, cloud, and database monitoring
  - Hands-on with log shipping and aggregation tools (Fluentd, Filebeat, ELK/EFK stack)
  - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure monitoring (Azure Monitor)
  - Understanding of incident management and alert correlation in ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
  - Automate infra provisioning (Terraform, Ansible, etc).

- Secondary
