Job Description

• Design and build role-based security for SAP environments including role definition and job/position mapping.

• Develop and maintain security roles for SAP HCM modules: Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration,

Organizational Management, ESS/MSS.

• Create and manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Troubleshoot and resolve SuccessFactors security issues, including permission inconsistencies and access failures.

• Coordinate technical deployments across SAP Transportable and Non-Transportable systems, legacy systems, and

third-party applications.

• Support SAP transport during major releases, dual maintenance, and resolve object conflict issues.

• Manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) and provide mitigation inputs to GRC stakeholders in line with SOX audit

requirements.

• Perform user and role risk simulations in SAP GRC and support risk analysis and remediation.

• Administer SAP IDM provisioning workflows, approval processes, and audit logging.

• Ensure secure development practices and audit-compliant role lifecycle management.

Technical Skills:

• Expert in ECC, HCM, and SuccessFactors security administration.

• Skilled in SoD risk identification and mitigation aligned with SOX compliance.

• Expert in HUM user and role administration, including advanced troubleshooting.

• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP HCM Authorization Domain.

• Deep knowledge of HR authorization objects, infotypes, and HR authorization switches.

• Understanding of organizational object relationships and structural authorizations in SAP HR.

• Strong experience in Personnel Administration and Organizational Management modules and their relevant

authorizations.

• Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central security, including RBP configuration, permission group

management, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications:

▪ Experience with SuccessFactors integration and security.

▪ Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 role design.

▪ Exposure to audit and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR).

▪ Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
